1. Overview

6. Chargebacks
6.1. Users must contact support before initiating a chargeback.
6.2. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of access to any purchased services.
6.3. We reserve the right to dispute unjustified chargebacks with the payment processor, including providing evidence of service delivery and user acceptance of terms.

7. Additional Terms
7.1. Refunds are processed in compliance with applicable consumer protection laws in the United Kingdom.
7.2. Use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of this Refund Policy.
