1. Scope and Applicability
1.1. These rules apply to the Lineage777.com website, game server, and community platforms.

2. Staff Relations
2.1. Threats, abuse, or misinformation directed at staff are strictly prohibited.
2.2. Publishing private communications with staff without consent is not allowed.

3. Accounts and Characters
3.1. Users are responsible for securing their accounts.
3.2. Shared accounts are ineligible for support or restoration.
3.3. Accounts inactive for 60 days may be deleted.

4. Naming Guidelines
4.1. Offensive, misleading, or staff-impersonating names are prohibited.

5. Communication Conduct
5.1. Hate speech, harassment, political content, and promotions to leave the project are banned.
5.2. Penalties include chat bans, HWID bans, or account suspension.

6. Fair Play
6.1. Automation, botting, exploiting bugs, or any form of cheating is forbidden.

7. Trade and Transactions
7.1. Real-money trading (RMT) and cross-server/game transfers are prohibited.
7.2. Violations may lead to permanent bans.

8. Force Majeure
8.1. We are not responsible for disruptions due to external events (e.g., DDoS, hosting outages).

9. Penalties
9.1. Sanctions include chat restrictions, item deletion, account/IP/HWID bans.

10. Appeals and Unbans
10.1. Users may appeal via support. Unbans are discretionary and may incur a fee.

11. Payments and Donations
11.1. Payments are voluntary and final.
11.2. Refunds are possible only in limited, verified cases.
11.3. Use of account balance constitutes waiver of refund rights.
